New Chief Commissioner

With effect from 1 Nov 2009, Mr Tan Cheng Kiong, previously Deputy Chief Commissioner & International Commissioner has assumed the appointment  of Chief Commissioner, SSA.

Having been in the Scout Movement for  almost 35 years, Chief Commissioner Tan has held several key appointments prior to his elevation to the present position.

Let us extend our heartiest congratulations to him on his appointment.

Photo Gallery has been down for quite awhile. Only found time to fix it today.

It's not totally fixed as it doesn't log you into the Gallery right away. But you don't need to login to view and download pictures so it should be fine for now.
